DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training - Youngstown

Description

DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training for supervisors and employees is required if you own a trucking company and employ drivers, or work as a supervisor for an airline or the railways. If your organization shuttles people on a bus, you may be required to provide training to all persons who supervise drivers subjected to the regulations.

The OTA Institute DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training, presented by On Demand Drug Testing & Work Solutions, is for supervisors and employees. This two-hour training course includes sixty minutes of training on alcohol misuse, and sixty minutes on controlled substance abuse. This OTA Institute course will ensure that all supervisors in attendance receive the required training, as outlined in 49 CFR Part 40 Section 382.603, to determine whether reasonable suspicion exists to test a driver pursuant to 49 CFR Part 40 Section 382.307. Attendees will learn indicators of probable alcohol misuse and use of controlled substances.
