Speaker Bios: 

For nearly ten years, Meridith has worked closely with employers to deliver results they can see and feel. As a member of the Sales Executive Team at York, she specializes in Ohio and mid-market monopolistic state workers’ compensation. She has a keen understanding of Ohio workers’ compensation and the impact that reducing premium costs can have on an employer’s bottom line. Meridith diligently works with employers to help them understand, navigate, and take a proactive approach to their organization's workers’ compensation needs. She is well versed in delivering integrated and customized solutions that reduce risk and get people and organizations back to health, work, and productivity. 

Shane has more than 20 years of extensive workers’ compensation experience in both self-insured as well as state funded programs. Shane currently works with both public and private sectors of the workers’ compensation program. He keeps current on BWC laws, rules and regulations, as well as the BWC guidelines and programs. In his role as an account executive/ program manager with CareWorkComp/ York RSG, he works directly with the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, as well as several other large Ohio association and employers.
