This all-day training\, led by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO)\, will discuss how the out-of-service criteria is applied and enforced. Additionally\, they will cover how the inspection is conducted\, what the inspector will look for\, and how the violation will be enforced.Attendees will receive a copy of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations Handbook and the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) Out-of-Service Criteria Handbook (materials valued at $75). Lunch will also be provided.
