Are You an Emerging Leader?

The Ohio Trucking Association is excited to launch EmergeOTA 2026, a five-session virtual leadership development program designed to prepare the next generation of leaders in the trucking and transportation industry.

Beginning Monday, October 26, EmergeOTA gives emerging leaders the business knowledge, leadership skills, and industry perspective they need to grow within their organizations and take the next step in their careers.

Building upon OTA’s previous collaboration with The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and incorporating best practices from leading business school programs, the course combines proven leadership principles with practical, real-world applications relevant to the transportation industry.

Participants will explore key areas including strategic planning, business finance, regulatory compliance, personal performance, and organizational leadership through engaging instruction and transportation-focused case studies. Graduates will leave EmergeOTA with practical tools and a stronger understanding of what it takes to lead, make strategic decisions, and create an immediate impact within their organizations.

Registration: $999 for OTA members
Registration Includes: All five virtual sessions and program materials

Participants should plan to attend all five sessions to receive the full EmergeOTA leadership development experience.
