About the Presenters:
Stuart Taylor & Bill Kassal are Safety Consultants at Marsh & McLennan Agency. They are responsible for identifying safety hazards and providing solutions to help minimize risk for our clients. This includes offering both onsite and remote safety consultations, safety trainings and meetings, policy reviews and implementation, and operations compliance reviews.
Stuart excels in developing client-focused risk management programs with a heavy focus on safety and loss prevention. His extensive experience in a wide range of client services, such as, CSA and SMS analyses, driver qualification files and HOS audits, a variety of driver training programs and DataQ corrections. Additionally, he provides expertise in electronic logging device management education and implementation.
Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan Agency, Stuart served as a Corporate Compliance Manager at United Road Services, and the Safety manager at TST Expedited Services prior to that.
Bill excels at safety culture development & transformation, leadership coaching & engagement, behavior safety program development & implementation, employee engagement & participation, risk management & litigation, and safety training and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan Agency, Bill served as a Safety & Loss Control Specialist at Peoplease and TrueNorth Companies, a Safety Consultant at The International Trucking Association and Safety Manager and CDL Driver for Williams Systems.
