About the Speaker:

Andy Yost is a Principal and Benefits Risk Advisor with the Hummel Group. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating the healthcare landscape by raising a special needs daughter, Andy recognized the lack of value brokers provided their employers. This motivated him to make a career change and join the insurance industry to help change how employers view the broker relationship. As a Risk Advisor, Andy works with businesses to structure health plans and educate them on the various funding strategies available in the market. Between cost containment solutions and the service model Hummel provides, Andy has brought solutions to businesses to leverage benefits as a way to attract and retain employees.

In his free time, Andy focuses his time with his wife of 15 years, Jessica, and raising their three children, Rosemary (7) and identical twin boys William and Henry (5).
