About the Speaker:
Daniel Harrington has been with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) since 2000. He began his career as an intake worker in the call center before advancing to the role of investigator, where he mediated complaints between consumers and regulated companies. He later joined PUCO’s household goods team, conducting company audits and supporting investigations related to household goods carriers.
In 2017, Daniel was promoted to specialist in the Reliability and Service Analysis Division. In this role, he focuses on the household goods, competitive electric, and telecommunications industries, drawing on more than two decades of experience in utility regulation and consumer protection.
