Ohio Trucking Safety Council - April Meeting

Thursday, April 9, 2026 (11:30 AM - 1:30 PM) (EDT)

Description

Safety and Compliance: The Hidden Risk of the Driver Health Epidemic

The health of today’s drivers is more than a wellness issue — it’s a growing safety and compliance risk. Join us on Thursday, April 9 at the Medallion Club in Westerville for an important conversation with Jeremy Reymer, founder of Project 61. In this timely session, Jeremy will connect the dots between the driver health crisis and the challenges safety leaders manage every day, including DOT compliance, medical certification, recruiting, retention, and company culture.

He will also share how Project 61 is making healthier habits practical and achievable for drivers on the road — and how fleets can take an active role in shifting industry norms. Attendees will leave with practical insight and a clearer understanding of how investing in driver health directly impacts safety performance and long-term operational success.

Schedule:
11:15 am - Registration
11:30 am - Lunch
12:15 pm - Meeting Begins
1:30 pm - Meeting Concludes
* Note that each registered attendee will receive lunch
