Join us for the April OTSC meeting where CareWorks and CareWorksComp will discuss Ohio workers' compensation and how to use effective claims management to control workers' compensation costs. We will hear from Cathy Baxter, a CareWorks MCO Account Executive, with eighteen years of MCO experience with CareWorks Managed Care. 

Additionally, Shane Castle, a CareWorksComp TPA Program Manager, will be presenting. Shane has over twenty years of combined experience as a Claim Adjuster, Account Executive, and Program Manager. Paul Feck, Director of Client Services at CareWorks MCO will also be joining the presentation. Paul has twenty-seven years of industry experience through his roles with CareWorksComp and CareWorks Managed Care. Meridith Whitsel, Sales Executive and partner to the Ohio Trucking Association, will also be accompanying the panel.

• Why does medical cost matter

• What is considered a medical cost

• Best Practices in the event a workers' compensation claim occurs
