About the Speaker:
Dan Horvath is the Chief Operating Officer at the American Trucking Associations (ATA), where he oversees operations including membership, events, marketing, industry affairs, and human resources. He also plays an active role in ATA’s advocacy efforts, advancing the interests of the nation’s trucking industry.

Dan joined ATA in 2018 as Director of Safety Policy and quickly rose through the ranks, holding leadership roles in safety and regulatory affairs. His background spans the full spectrum of transportation—from driving and fleet operations to regulatory enforcement and compliance. Before joining ATA, he served as Director of Compliance and Safety at TransForce Inc. and as an FMCSA safety auditor. A proud CDL holder, Dan is a graduate of the LEAD ATA program, a longtime volunteer at the National Truck Driving Championships, and serves on several federal advisory committees, including FMCSA’s Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee.

• You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 10 days before the event.
• You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the event.
• You will receive no refund if you cancel less than 3 days before the event.
• No shows will be responsible to pay 100% of the registration fee.
