Ohio Trucking Safety Council - January Program

Thursday, January 17, 2019 (11:00 AM - 1:30 PM) (EST)

Description

Program Details:
While many of us go through life successfully avoiding litigation, we nevertheless share a legitimate fear of that one catastrophic case that could potentially devastate a company. Indeed, today's litigious environment makes it increasingly likely that you may one day find yourself testifying under oath in a deposition face-to-face with your opponent's attorney. Depositions can truly make or break your case. The Ohio Trucking Safety Council is here to help remove some of the mystery and anxiety of participating in deposition. You are guaranteed to walk away understanding more about what exactly a deposition is, how it can be used, and, most importantly, how you can skillfully prepare to have a winning deposition strategy that protects your company.
