Session 1: Mastering Financial Reporting and Tax Return Interpretation
Wednesday, October 30, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Financial Reporting 101:
- Learn how to read and interpret financial statements.
- Understand important financial ratios crucial for business decision-making.
- Discover how to incorporate KPIs and data into your business strategy.
Translating Financial Statements to a Tax Return:
- Gain skills in reading and interpreting various tax returns (1120, 1120-S, or 1065).
- Stay updated on the latest legislative tax changes.
Session 2: Value Creation & M&A Activity in the Trucking Industry
Wednesday, October 30, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

- Explore strategies for value creation and M&A activities specifically in the trucking industry.

Attend both sessions for $199 for OTA members and $299 for non-members. All sessions will be hosted at the Ohio Trucking Association headquarters in Westerville and include lunch.
