This two-part training series, led by leadership expert Ruth Bowdish, is here to help anyone—from seasoned leaders to team members—confidently navigate organizational transitions. Whether you're preparing for upcoming changes or managing resistance, these sessions provide practical tools and strategies to build success and collaboration across your organization.

Session 1: Foundations of Change Management
Tuesday, March 4, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
Start with the basics! This session covers the core principles of change management, including how to plan for transitions, engage your team, and create an environment where change thrives. Walk away with clear steps to prepare for and solidify successful transformations.

Session 2: Implementing Change through Communication and Engagement
Tuesday, May 20, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
Dive deeper into strategies that make change stick. Learn how to communicate clearly, engage employees, and foster collaboration to overcome resistance. This session focuses on practical tools and techniques to ensure your efforts lead to lasting success.

Individual sessions are $149 for OTA members and $199 for non-members. Attend both sessions for $249 for OTA members and $399 for non-members. All sessions will be hosted at the Ohio Trucking Association headquarters in Westerville and include lunch. Attendees can attend one or both sessions.

About the Trainer:

Refund Policy:
Our refund policy is as follows:

  • You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 10 days before the training.
  • You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the training.
  • You will receive no refund if you cancel less than 3 days before the training.
  • No shows are responsible for 100% of the registration fees.
