In partnership with AvatarFleet, the OTA is hosting an interactive marketing workshop designed to re-energize your driver recruitment strategy on Thursday, May 4 from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm at the OTA Training Center in Westerville. The workshop, led by Scott Rea, President of AvatarFleet, will show you how to create driver personas and video testimonials without spending a fortune on a video production team and conduct a competitive analysis of what other companies are paying and saying. Attendees are encouraged to bring in their own marketing material to receive an interactive ad review. 

The workshop is $279 for OTA members; $379 for non-members. Lunch will be served. All participants will receive a neuromarketing checklist and other course materials.

About the Trainer:
Scott Rea is the President of AvatarFleet. He hates empty trucks and is on a mission to keep trucks full of safe drivers. Scott cut his teeth in trucking through Voice of the Customer market research to understand the pain points of drivers, dispatchers, CEO’s, Operations and anyone else who would give him their time. He has managed a high growth driver recruiting department since 2014 and uses that first-hand experience to ensure AvatarFleet’s software is the best in the trucking industry to help carriers recruit, hire, train and retain drivers.

• You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 10 days before the training.
• You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the training.
• You will receive no refund if you cancel less than 3 days before the training.
• No shows are responsible for 100% of the registration fees.
