OTA Institute: The Compliance, Safety and Accountability Program (CSA) – Understanding Your CSA Score and How It Can Improve Driver Performance

Tuesday, April 18, 2023 (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

This training is sold out. A waitlist is available.

The Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) program, run by the FMCSA, is designed to hold motorists accountable for their role in road safety. The FMCSA groups carriers with those who have a similar number of safety events and assigns each carrier a percentile rank – commonly known as a “score.” To ensure that you maintain an excellent safety record, it’s important to understand your CSA score.

The OTA is hosting an in-depth CSA Training on Tuesday, April 18 from 10am – 12:00pm at their headquarters in Westerville. Mike Holke, CEO of Safety1st Consulting LLC and a certified Director of Safety, will discuss the CSA program, provide insight into how the system works and share the proposed changes that are on the horizon. He will also show you how to use data to improve your safety “scores” and driver performance.

The price to attend this training is $79 for OTA members and $99 for non-members – the event will also include lunch.
