OTA Sporting Clay Shootout

Join us on Friday, June 27, for the Ohio Trucking Association’s Sporting Clay Shootout—a unique opportunity to connect with industry professionals in a fun, competitive setting. Whether you're a first-time shooter or a seasoned professional, this event is ideal for team building, entertaining clients, and fostering meaningful business relationships.

The event, held at Black Wing Shooting Center in Delaware, features 10 diverse stations simulating real hunting scenarios, offering the ideal mix of challenge and camaraderie. With exciting prizes and plenty of chances to showcase your skills, it’s an excellent way to network and unwind.

Shooters will enjoy a continental breakfast, a round of sporting clays (ammunition and clays included), lunch, and prizes. Teams will consist of 5 shooters. Please contact Bradie Berry at bradie@ohiotrucking.org or (614) 519-6462 if you have any questions.

Shooters must bring their own gun, eye, and ear protection. Ammunition will be provided by the course, and gun rentals are available. All participants must sign a waiver. Experienced staff will oversee each station.

Event Schedule:
9:30 AM – Arrival & Networking
10:30 AM – Start the Shooting Course
12:30 PM – Networking Lunch & Prizes

Cost:

• $175 – Single Shooter
• $875 – Team of 5
• $250 – Station sponsor (10 available; company name and logo on sign at the station)
• $500 – Breakfast sponsor
• $1,000 – Lunch sponsor

Refund Policy:
Our refund policy is as follows:

• You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 10 days before the event.
• You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the event.
• You will receive no refund if you cancel less than 3 days before the event.
• No shows will be responsible to pay 100% of the registration fee.
