Webinar: FMCSA Update on Household Goods Consumer Protection Rules

Following a notice of proposed rulemaking last year, FMCSA formally adopted regulations for household good estimates, consumer notification and other key procedural/process areas for the domestic household goods moving industry. The final rules will be enforced starting October 31, 2022.

The Ohio Association of Movers will be hosting a webinar with Brett Stoner, Safety Investigator with the FMCSA Ohio Division on Thursday, September 29 starting at 10am. Mr. Stoner will provide an in-depth overview of the rules and changes and give you an opportunity to ask questions.
